2) School Leaving Certificate & Cumulative Record Book (From Grade 2 onwards)

3) Copy of Aadhar Card (Student, Mother, Father)

4) Passport size photographs (Student -3, Mother-2, Father-2)

5) Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
